Work Experience
During the first 10 years of Mr. Thomson's career, he was a general practice lawyer engaged in family law, real estate disputes, and all other types of litigation.
For the past 30 years, he has concentrated his practice on all kinds of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, and other cases involving an injury created by the negligence of another person.
In 1982, Mr. Thomson was recognized by the judiciary and appointed a judge pro tem of the Federal Way District Court. Mr. Thomson has in excess of $20,000,000 in settlements and verdicts. Mr. Thomson frequently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in personal injury matters. The appointments are made by King and Pierce County Superior Courts.
